Malaysia’s 15th General Election
On October 10th Malaysian Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob dissolved parliament and ten days later elections were called for just one month later on November 19th. This opens a new chapter in the Malaysian political crisis that began in 2018. With the General Election the youth is expected to be a decisive force vote and change traditional scenarios. We are witnessing the first Malaysian elections after Covid-19 and without a clear parliamentary majority in the polls.

La Mancomunidad Británica de Naciones o “Commonwealth” tiene su origen en la Declaración Balfour de 1917, más conocida, por establecer el objetivo británico de consittuir y facilitar en el entonces Mandato Británico de Palestina un “hogar” para el pueblo judío, sin perjudicar a las comunidades no judías existentes en el territorio. Dicha declaración sentó un precedente de igualdad en la relación entre Gran Bretaña y sus Dominios, que se formalizó con la Conferencia Imperial de 1926 y se hizo oficial con el Estatuto de Westminster de 1931.
